I'm Tim Anderson. TCDA Studio is me, in the Blue Mountains.
How it started
This began because I was tired of watching good small businesses get quoted twenty grand for a website, or pushed onto a platform that charges rent forever and still leaves them looking like everyone else.
It was my own set of tools first — a way to get a fast, clean site or landing page online without weeks of back-and-forth. A friend asked me to do theirs. Then their friends did. Now it's the whole job: helping makers, side projects and local businesses get online without having to learn how any of it works underneath.
How I work
I'd rather write code than sit in a meeting. Most of what I build runs on the same few habits: keep the code clean, automate the boring parts, design for the person actually using the thing. Build it right, make it fast, and keep it simple enough that you never have to ring me in a panic.
When I'm not building something, or breaking something new to see how it works, I'm out walking in the mountains.

What I care about
Fast beats fancy.
A site that loads in under a second on a bad connection out-earns a beautiful one that doesn't.

Your domain, your code, your words. No platform should be able to hold your business hostage.
Say less.
Most small-business sites have too many words and too many pages. Cutting is the work.
Be reachable.
You should be able to email the person who built your site and get a reply that isn't a ticket number.
